The State Fair has informed vendors if the 2020 State Fair is cancelled in the future due to the COVID-19 crisis,
all payments will be applied toward the 2021 State Fair. This applies to our authors as well.
However, the State Fair is moving forward at this time believing the Fair will be operational in 2020.
